A purchased ticket is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions as indicated on the ticket. Please treat your ticket as you would cash or a regular ticket. DO NOT FOLD OR CREASE YOUR BAR CODED TICKET. DO NOT MAKE COPIES OF THIS TICKET. Once a bar coded ticket has been scanned, it becomes void from our system - no further entries will be permitted. If for any reason a copy of a ticket is made, event staff will be able to verify the legitimate buyer by checking the credit card and/or photo ID. We recommend that all customers bring their credit card that was used to purchase this ticket. No exchange or refunds. No refunds of service fees. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm or loss of property sustained incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued and waives all right to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the attraction. Any attempt to duplicate, fabricate or otherwise alter an original ticket will result in the ticket being rendered invalid, entry denied and possible legal ramifications. Holder agrees to voluntary search of person and possessions at any time entering, while on-site, or departing the event.
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Ticket obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game, performance, exhibition or event for which ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.
This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, all ticket prices for events that occur in Canada are stated in Canadian Dollars and ticket price includes all applicable taxes.
Gettickets acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets ("Event Providers"). When you purchase a ticket for an event, Gettickets manages the transaction and collects payment for the Event Provider who sets the ticket prices. Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event, however, Gettickets does not control this inventory or its availability.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Gettickets' Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Gettickets will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Tickets purchased on Gettickets are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and/or a per order processing fee both of which are non-refundable.
When purchasing tickets with Gettickets, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the Event Provider. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. Any refunds by the Event Provider will be for the ticket's face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) only. Facility fee, convenience fee or service fee will not be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. Policies set forth by event providers prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Gettickets customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Gettickets is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Gettickets may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: Gettickets will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether due to human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site or other Gettickets operated system.
Privacy
We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important. These Terms are subject to the Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Gettickets will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or disclosure of your contact information, or financial information, by a third party to whom Gettickets is allowed to disclose your contact information under the Privacy Policy. If you post any User Content to the Site, by electronic mail or otherwise, we will treat it as non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. When we say in these Terms "post" we mean the provision of information (including, but not limited to, "User Content") to the Site through features of the Site that are used to make information available to other members of the public (e.g., user reviews, bulletin boards, chat rooms, etc.). Information that is posted to the Site shall not be subject to the Privacy Policy and may be publicly displayed and disclosed and otherwise used by Gettickets or any third party in any way. By posting User Content to the Site, you authorize us to use or allow others to distribute, reproduce or otherwise use such User Content. You should not post information about yourself on the Site that can be used to identify or contact you, including, but not limited to, your name, home or work address, phone numbers, pagers, email address or other such information. If you post such information, Gettickets cannot prevent it from being used in a manner that violates these Terms, the law, or your personal privacy and safety. By posting such information on the Site, you violate these Terms, and you assume the risks and sole liability for the results of such posting. Gettickets is not liable for any lost data resulting from the operation of the Site or the enforcement of the Terms. We urge all users to maintain their own back up versions of any User Content or other information they submit to the Site.
Gettickets does not store customer credit card information anywhere on our Internet Servers. Once a transaction is successful, only a portion is stored for verification purposes with you and the banks. Gettickets uses your financial information to check your qualifications and bill you for services. By making a purchase, or engaging in any other kind of activity that uses financial information, you consent to us providing your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transactions, as well as to your credit card issuer for their purposes. These third parties may include the credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction.
The Gettickets website has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software (SSL) is industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. We encrypt all of your personal and financial information as it travels over the Internet and we do not store complete financial information on our servers.
